Esteém is a new format of online education for beauty professionals and founders of salons and studios.

Esteém /ɛsˈtiːm/ means ‘to respect’ in English.

This is the idea on which we built our school: respect for oneself and one’s profession is the basis for global growth.

Why did we decide to build a new beauty education system?

In Ukraine, beauty has become part of the culture and everyday life. According to statistics, almost every second woman regularly uses the services of masters — manicure, eyebrows, makeup, haircuts, dyeing. This is not a ‘special occasion’ story, but a normal routine that millions of people entrust to professionals.

And here’s the paradox: the industry is large, strong, and necessary, but the profession itself still lacks respect.

Professionals are often treated as if their work is ‘just a service,’ ‘nothing complicated,’ ‘anyone can learn.’ For a long time, education in the beauty industry has remained fragmented, unsystematic, and sometimes downright outdated.

That is why we created Esteém as a modern, structured, and vibrant alternative.
